MyContea provides SaaS tools for content automation. The platform is provided "as is". We are a technical infrastructure provider; we do not author, endorse, or moderate the content generated or published through our platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users are solely responsible for all content managed via MyContea. You agree not to use the platform for:

• Malware, phishing, or scam activities;
• Content violating copyright (DMCA) or local laws;
• Unauthorized spamming in violation of third-party platform rules (e.g., Telegram).

MyContea reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities without prior notice or refund.

3. Refund Policy

MyContea provides a 7-day free trial period with full functionality to ensure the platform meets your business needs.

Due to the availability of this trial period, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our service relies on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Telegram). We operate on a "Best Effort" basis. We are not liable for service interruptions, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
